Tai Chi

This class is devoted to learning and practicing the principles of Tai Chi, especially mental and muscular release, essential for good posture, balance, and continuous whole-body movement. We begin the class with a series of stretching exercises to open and elasticize the body before turning to the Tai Chi form itself. Potential benefits include greater stability and balance, reduced stress, better mindfulness, body-awareness, and flexibility.

Loose-fitting clothes and flat-bottom shoes or slippers are recommended. Registration is not required. Instructor: Steve Steinhoff

    • Registering will sign you up all 4 sessions, but you do not need to attend all of them.
    • Dates include December 5,12, 19 & 26
  • This event will be held in-person at the Cinnaminson Library.
