Teens face many difficult decisions, and hard-to-navigate experiences regularly. If you or someone you know is going through a tough time, here are some resources, and ways we can help you.

National Crisis Resources

Connect with a trained staff member from a sexual assault service provider in your area. This service is safe and confidential. When you call you will be able to talk through anything, get connected with local resources, and have support when finding a local health facility that is trained to care for survivors of sexual assault.

The Trevor Project
The world’s largest suicide prevention and crisis intervention organization for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, and questioning (LGBTQ) young people. They provide LGBTQ youth with 24/7 crisis counseling via phone, text, and chat.

That’s Not Cool: Decreasing Teen Dating Violence Online
A website that aims to raise awareness and bring educational and organizing tools to communities to address dating violence, unhealthy relationships, and digital abuse with their program's interactive website, tools, and resources  that support young people as they learn to recognize, avoid, and prevent dating violence in their lives.
