New Toys for Kids
Thanks to the Medford Library Association, Pinelands offers new toys for babies, toddlers and kids to enjoy during select events at the library!
Clubs for Kids, Tweens and Teens
Chess Club – 4 pm
Ages 7-17
Kids, tweens and teens are invited to join the library’s Chess Club! Players of all levels of experience are welcome to learn, gain new strategies and compete against others. This club meets every other week. Registration required.
Teen Crochet Club – 3:30 pm
Ages 12-17
Whether you're a seasoned crafter or picking up a hook for the first time, all levels of skill are welcome. Meet fellow crochet enthusiasts, exchange tips and showcase your latest creations. Library staff will be available to provide instruction on crochet basics. If you do not have your own supplies, feel free to use some from the library’s stash. Registration required.

Make the 4th! A Star Wars LEGO Buildathon – May 4, 11 am
Ages 8 and up
The Pinelands Library will celebrate Star Wars Day by hosting a “buildathon” of the 30+ kits that have been generously donated by our community and the Medford Library Association. We have kits ranging from small to massive (dare we say...Death Star-sized) encompassing the prequels, the original trilogy, and some recent additions to the saga. Our challenge: build them all before time runs out – and for that we need your help. Who knows who you might see there? A Mandalorian? A stormtrooper?
Teen Advisory Board – May 15, 4 pm
Ages 13-17
Are you a teen who wants to get more involved at your library? Earn volunteer hours, help plan library events, talk about books and more as a member of our Teen Advisory Board at Pinelands Library! Registration required.
