Introduction to Mindfulness Meditation

What does it mean to meditate? What is mindfulness? Join us as we navigate and learn to integrate the gentle art of mindfulness in this beautiful practice. This session will focus on cultivating conscious awareness, learning to be present by anchoring in the breath and body. You will practice techniques to soften the mind, and relax the body to initiate healing and wellbeing. Open to all, no experience needed. Followed with Q&A.

Presented by Shazia Zaman, a certified mindfulness meditation teacher and practitioner.

This is a 60 minute event and is being offered live in-person & virtual via Zoom on the same date and time.
