We will be talking about a specific topic, and you are invited to read a book (or two) and come ready to add to the conversation. If you don't have the opportunity to read a book, come for the discussion anyway! 

For this meeting, we'll be talking about communication. Books on this topic include How to Talk to Kids About Anything; What Do You Say: How to Talk to Kids to Build Motivation, Stress tolerance, and a Happy home; Fourteen Talks by Age Fourteen; Voice Lessons for Parents; How to Talk So Little Kids Will Listen; Raising a Socially Successful Child; What Babies Say Before They Can Talk; 1-2-3 Magic Teen; How to Talk so Kids Will Listen and Listen so Kids Will Talk; Talk With Your Kids: 109 Conversations about Ethics and the Things that Really Matter; and My First Baby Signs.

We welcome kids to come along with their grownups. We'll lay out some toys, but you are responsible for your child while in the library.
