Yoga at the Library
Join us for an all levels yoga flow with a focus on the foundation of poses. Your body will move through seated and standing poses combining breath-work and alignment. The practice will focus on stretching and strengthening your body while relaxing your mind and spirit. Please bring a yoga mat.
