Learn Like a Librarian: Media & Information Literacy (Part 2)

Today’s world is overflowing with information. Not only is the amount of information we interact with daily going up, but the ways we take it in, share it and investigate it are shifting and growing all the time making for a vast and confusing landscape!  This two-part class will get you learning and thinking like a librarian to evaluate information critically and build a toolbox of resources for finding out what you need to know and avoiding common mis- and dis- information pitfalls.

Part Two of this class will review the fundamental concepts introduced in the previous class and apply them to online video content and avoiding scams.
