Guided Meditation and Mindfulness
You are invited to join a Guided Meditation class that will be held regularly at the Pinelands Library, designed to help you manage the stress and emotional challenges of life. There will not be any spiritual or religious elements, instead this class will be focusing on practical mindfulness techniques and breathwork to promote greater mental-emotional awareness and deepen a calm balance in your central nervous system. This class offers participants the chance to strengthen their mind and develop more balanced emotions through this meditation practice. Open to everyone, it offers a straightforward, inclusive approach to building inner resilience, increasing clarity, and providing inner peace. The one-hour class will be led by a Certified Meditation Instructor, with participants seated comfortably in provided chairs. Please note that talking will not be permitted during the guided meditation.
