Kyla Zhao, author of The Fraud Squad, will discuss her writing and publishing journey during a virtual BCLS presentation set for Saturday, May 13. Registration is required for this special Zoom event that will begin at noon.

Born and raised in Singapore, Kyla Zhao graduated from Stanford University in 2021 with an MA in Communications (Media Studies) and a BA in Psychology, and according to her website, currently works in marketing at a tech company in Silicon Valley, California. This accomplished author was also a fashion and lifestyle writer at Vogue Singapore, has written for the Singapore editions of Harper's Bazaar and Tatler, covered the Asian Television Awards, and interviewed personalities such as singer Nathan Sykes. Her debut children’s novel, May the Best Player Win, will be published next year.
