The 2024 presidential election is only two months away. Make sure you’re registered and ready to vote on Nov. 5 by taking advantage of several events happening at the library this month!

If you turn 18 on or before November 5, 2024, you can register to vote now! 

League of Women Voters – Sept. 15, 1 - 4 pm at Burlington County Library
The League of Women Voters will assist with voter registration and answer questions to help you prepare to properly cast your vote. You can stop by on either Sept. 8 or Sept. 15 between 1 pm and 4 pm to get the information you need and ensure that you are ready to vote on Nov. 5. Remember, to vote in the US presidential election you must be 18 years of age on or before Election Day!

National Voter Registration Day Sept. 17

  • Burlington County Library, 10 am - noon, and 5 – 8 pm
  • Maple Shade Library, 10 am - 3 pm
  • Pemberton Library, 10 am - 8 pm

Please join us for National Voter Registration Day at the Burlington County Library. Come meet representatives from both NAACP and the Zeta Phi Beta Sorority. Whether you’re just learning about voter registration or you have been voting for years, we can all use a little help getting our friends, family and broader community registered to vote. Please feel free to check out our library of resources and materials for tips on everything you may need to know about the laws regarding New Jersey and other states across the nation.

Get Ready to Vote With AARP – Sept. 19, 11 am - 1 pm at Burlington County Library
Burlington County Library in partnership with AARP will be hosting a class that will aid voters on how to complete mail-in-ballots, register for early voting, and become accustomed to casting votes with the new voting machines. Attendance for this event will require pre-registration, which is available through AARP by using the link
here.
