BCLS Program Proposal

Before filling out this form, please review our Programming and Meeting Room Policies.

The Burlington County Library System is committed to providing access to information, knowledge and programs that educate the community and recognizes the talent and expertise offered by area professionals, organizations and commercial entities. In addition to the wide and diverse range of events and activities offered by the library we partner with those who support our mission to enrich lives by providing opportunities for learning, growth and personal development.

Please use this form to tell us about your program, specifics about the presentation you are offering and materials you plan to share with library attendees. Our team will review your submission and, upon meeting basic criteria and presenter qualifications, will add it to our pool of qualified proposals.

Satisfaction of basic criteria and qualifications does not guarantee your program will be selected. Selection of a proposal as a library program will be based on multiple factors including timeliness, recent similar programs, and general community interest, as determined by BCLS in its sole discretion.

Be advised that you must have previous experience presenting or running the proposed program. Proposals for programs that have not been previously presented or run, will not be considered for BCLS's programming roster. You must have presented this program in the last 12 months outside of BCLS.

If your proposal is accepted, you will be required to provide the following:

  • Quote and invoice (if your program has a fee)
  • Business certificate (if the presenter has one)
  • W9 from the current year
  • Insurance certificate listing the Burlington County Library System as the
holder (if the presenter does not have separate insurance for their business,
they can use their homeowner’s insurance)
  • Signed indemnity form
