BCLS is committed to providing the best possible service to our customers. Occasionally, this requires us to take a brief pause for essential system maintenance.
Please note that on Tuesday, November 4, portions of our online services will be unavailable beginning at 8:00 AM. During this temporary downtime, you will be unable to:
- Search the online catalog.
- Check your account.
- Place holds or renew items online.
- Make credit card payments for overdue fines for fees.
- Access online databases, including Kanopy.
- Utilize the Museum Pass program (it will be temporarily on hold and customers will be unable to make reservations or print out passes.)
If you use OverDrive/Libby, you’ll still be able to access materials you’ve already downloaded, though new checkouts won’t be possible until maintenance is complete.
The good news: Burlington County Library in Westampton will be open 9 am – 5 pm on November 4, and staff will be happy to manually check out up to six items per cardholder while the system is offline. Library computers will also remain available for use.
