Libraries provide safe, neutral and inclusive spaces for the community to gather, as well offer opportunities to participate in civic engagement, celebrate cultural programs and serve as a forum for information exchange.

Libraries are critical equalizers by bridging the digital divide with free internet access, computer labs, technology training and access to digital resources.
