Ever want to hear directly from your favorite authors — like Brad Taylor, Jason Reynolds and Kate Quinn? Now you can!
The Burlington County Library System has partnered with Library Speakers Consortium to bring live, virtual conversations with bestselling authors straight to our community. These engaging online events make it easy to connect with writers of all genres and backgrounds – wherever you are.
Finding upcoming talks is simple! Details will be posted on the BCLS online events calendar under the Author Talks tab, as well as on the BCLS hub of the Library Speakers Consortium website. There, you can browse future talks and even filter by topic, genre or age group. To register, just click the link in the BCLS event listing, or go directly to the LSC page at libraryc.org/bcls. Then, you’ll receive an email with a link to watch the talk on the scheduled date. Registering also gives you the opportunity to submit a question to the author before the program starts. Many authors also take questions during the event, if time allows.
Can’t attend live? No problem! All author talks are archived and can be found under the Past Speakers tab on the LSC website 24 hours after the live event concludes. We’ve even included a few favorites below to help you get started.
